I wouldn't call myself a "gamer", but as a kid I did enjoy playing games immensely. I played card games and board games with anyone I could find to be my opponent; my babysitter, my brother Tom, my dad, even my nana Bennett who taught me to play the card game Gin Rummy. I prefer the strategy games over games of chance; with the exception of Backgammon, which my Newport roommate Steve and I would stay up playing all night - which made it tough to complete my classes at Orange Coast College.
